We offer you a position that brings you in direct contact with patients, insurance companies and nurses. The main task of this role is collecting, coordinating, and controlling the processing of insulin pump order requests.
Documentation has to be checked and completed (depending on Health insurance company) so the order can processed for delivery invoicing.
The Opportunity Management team provides information to Salesforce and Management on outstanding/expected sales, according to the data in the system.
The team is highly involved in achieving Sales targets, also supporting the Inside Sales team by making outbound calls to our customers, such as “out of warranty” and “lead Management” calls.
You will also be responsible for the collection and documentation of the patient training documents and have to report the status of these documents on a bi-weekly basis.
All above processes are logged into the Diabetes Customer Relationship Management, SAP CRM and SAP R3 systems.
§At least 2 years of administrative experience in a customer service environment.
§Sales driven and pro-active attitude.
§Knowledge of MS Office,SAPCRM(or another ERP system) and SAP R3
§Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
§Effective multi-tasking (navigating between programs to access customer data)
§Active and effective communication with customers, to record and present clear and concise information in a timely manner - both verbally and written.
§Ability to handle high stress environment
