Main Purpose of the Job
To gain Market share in the ST business by promoting, selling and servicing Medtronic’s products within assigned territory.
conduct and ensure repair, technical advise and clinical support according to MDT standards of quality and industry standards, for all Navigation products.
Conduct sales call to promote, sell and service Medtronic’s products and services to existing and competitive customers.
Implement quarterly sales plan and achieve sales goals and objectives.
Maintain knowledge of diverse Medtronic products and support sales efforts in all ST fields.
Coordinate customer activities at all meeting as assigned.
Analysis of market, customers business periodically.
Yearly working plans for customers and business.
Complete administrative reporting as assigned (for example: expense reports, daily planners, competitive update and inventory log).
Provide on going field intelligence reports on competitive activity, change in markets, distribution, as well as input on customer preferences and product features.
Maintain adequate inventory (trunk stoke and hospital consignment) and assist in reallocation and delivery of product.
Effectively utilize sales to support promotional and territorial needs.
Report and meet ST Manager periodically.
Bachelor’s degree in Biological science/ Business.
Medical sales experience in hospital environment (selling physicians preference product),
Demonstrable success in previous employment indicating high level of sales performance.
Fluent English and Hebrew.
Aptitude for learning technical information.
Ability to teach and educate health care professionals.
Drive and enthusiasm
Initiative and independence
Available /willing to work/travel weekends and evenings.
Compliance with MDT Leadership expectorations
Ability to work under pressure.
