We are seeking an Executive Assistant / Office Manager to help grow a new location for the team. Responsibilities include:

  • Management of complex calendar and scheduling for team leadership

  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel

  • Manage expense report coordination and submission

  • Organize, execute, and coordinate team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)

  • Track and help drive completion of key team initiatives and follow up on outstanding items

  • Act as a liaison for direct reports

  • Management of all team space, including moves and reconfigurations

  • Work closely with the leadership team, Recruiting team and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization

  • Document writing, editing, and readiness

  • Have fun at work and help others do the same

This position can be based either in Haifa or in Herzliya.

  • 5+ years experience providing executive support assistance at VP and/or Director level

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint skills

  • Must possess exemplary Outlook / calendaring skills and have extensive experience managing multiple calendars

  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

  • High level of integrity and discretion

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Team-orientated philosophy

  • Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the team.

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines.

  • Experience working in an international environment.

  • Comfort handling sensitive, confidential information.

  • Bachelor's Degree
