Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Technical and Business integration customer support

  • Participate in integration workshops and customer training

  • Design and setup integration with the customers systems

  • Building integration tools

  • Preparing, updating, and maintaining integration documentation


  • Relevant academic background

  • Broad understanding of all major technical platforms, technical architecture and integration/middleware models; and enterprise architecture strategies

  • Working knowledge of other middleware solutions

  • In-depth knowledge of architecture standards, methodologies, and processes

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding is critical to this position

  • Strong interpersonal skills at all levels of management and ability to lead and motivate employees/teams to apply skill and techniques to solve dynamic problems

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with good judgment

  • Travel is required

Experience with the following:

  • Data formats, XML

  • J2EE Application Servers – WebSphere/WebLogic

  • Oracle DB

  • MQ

  • integration/middleware software and tools

  • Good English skills. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
