On-going Project Management

• Oversee all phases of the project, with overall project success as the ultimate goal, meeting client and D+H objectives and manages the project within the timeframe and budget defined

• Function as primary liaison to program management group, Line of business, sales and well as product management in all project-related areas

• Create and amend project plans and schedules as per commitment to the client and in coordination with the Delivery, Services and Product groups

• Track, communicate and escalate issues that can impact project success

• Manage Change Control procedures: issue and track CRs and work orders for additional scope/activities in the project.


• Report project status on a pre-defined frequency, internal and to the client

• Report progress to the client (milestones, effort for T&M activities, etc.).


• Issue negotiate and get signed work orders as per CR process

• Issue invoices as per contract commitments and tracks payment and collection

• Understand internal revenue commitments of the project and steer the project accordingly

• Report financial (revenue related) information to the BU
