Position Description:

·To increase sales of Medtronic Surgical products in line with sales targets and agreed plans and initiatives.

·Retention of existing customers

·Introduction and sales of company's new technologies to key opinion leaders in the market,

Key Job Responsibilities:

·To maintain a thorough knowledge of products, product developments, customer profile and market.

·To maintain up-to-date accurate customer records.

·To make professional sales calls on key personnel in targeted hospitals.

·To follow reporting systems as laid down by the company. Monitor and report relevant competitive product or customer information to his/her Manager.

·To maintain good working relationships with all decision makers relevant to product groups in hospitals on territory.

  • To follow all internal processes and polices and external legalrequirements with particular attention to FCPA.

  • To set up proper business/marketing strategies with maximumprofitability, to ensure proper spending and samples control andeffectiveness.

  • To identify, actively participate in preparation and monitor outcomeof tender offers within his/her territory

  • To closely cooperate with Customer Service Department.

A. Education :

·Bachelor's Degree

·Medtronic certification of Sales representatives training

·Very good knowledge of English

·Computer Skills – ability to work with excel and powerpoint

B. Experience:

·At least two years selling experience, preferably in medical environment
