We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive significant selection and revenue growth of ISVs in Israel. Your responsibilities as Senior BDM will be to define and execute the strategy across a set of categories, working with teams across AWS organization in Israel. As the owner of this business, you will work with others to set strategy and determine which products to pursue in order maximize value and selection for Buyers. You will engage directly with key software vendors to bring their products to AWS Marketplace and build marketing plans in order to drive customer adoption and revenue.
You should enjoy working closely with ISVs to learn about their business and be able to help them drive their cloud strategy via AWS Marketplace. Successful applicants will have extensive sales, business development and account management experience and as well as an understanding of the ISV (Independent Software Vendor) ecosystem. You should be very delivery-focused, with a track record of exceeding sales goals, customer-centric, and self-motivated. This position has a high level of visibility, and you will need to be a strong leader, able to communicate clearly and compellingly internally and externally. Partner experience working across the software ecosystem, channels and technology companies.
Significant business development and program management experience.
Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
Strong verbal and written communications skills in English.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.
Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
Experience working within enterprise software development industry.
Solid understanding of Cloud computing technology and a utility pricing model.
Fluent in English and Hebrew.
MBA or Graduate degree, or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of eCommerce and/or cloud computing.
Prior experience working in the partner ecosystem.
Experience with varying software licensing models.
