Technical Support Specialist (Tier 3)

Technical support expert (Tier3) for communications, Telephony and VoIP environment solutions.

Direct interface with product development and foreign offices support teams. Escalations focal point for ongoing support activities. 30% travel willingness is required


•BSc or practical engineering degree in electronics or computer science or similar military experience

•At least 2 years of relevant experience supporting of solutions in Telco / VoIP area - Mandatory

•Strong analytical and technical skills in following area:

oTDM/VoIP communication debug skills – Mandatory

oHands-on troubleshooting skills with OS based Linux / Windows Server – Mandatory

oData Communications knowledge based TCP/IP , LAN/WAN – Mandatory

oWireshark (or other similar tool) troubleshooting skills - Mandatory

oSIP, SS7 or ISDN protocols debug skills – Mandatory

o Transmission equipment experience (STM, E1, T1, SDH) – Advantage

o LTE, UMTS, IMS, GPRS, GSM, CDMA solutions familiarity – Advantage

o Scripts development skills – Advantage

o Code Development or debug - Advantage

o Familiarity with HW area HP Servers/ILO/ Raid – Advantage

o Team management skills – Advantage

o Experience with LI technologies - Advantage
