Key responsibilities:

• Primary owner of the customer and Partner relationship.

• Responsible for using all corporate resources to maximize the solutions that Dell provides.

• Leads an organization in a matrix managed environment to deliver all initiatives within a customer and Partner engagement.

• Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of customer to deliver the full offering of Dell as end to end solution provider.

• Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Dell Partner to include business consulting, strategic planning, growth, direction, marketing, sales.

• Collaborates with other team members who manage and coordinate tasks and resources to ensure that partner & customer needs and requirements are satisfied.

Essential Requirements:

• Knows the Israeli computer market and players (both partners and customers).

• Knows the customer's marketplace, competitive landscape and financial and business drivers.

• Relevant bachelor’s degree.

• Products knowledge, mainly: storage and Client.

• High level selling skills.

• High level of English: both spoken and written.

Desirable Requirements:

• Knowledge of Dell’s suite of offerings.

• Working in a global company.

• C level negotiation capabilities.

• Partners Distributors engagement experience.

• Customers engagement and facing experience.
