Description

Develops, integrates and monitors marketing strategies, brand communication, innovation & renovation, deploy activation for local market and allocates resources accordingly, all which deliver brand strength, market share & financial goals.

Development of local business strategies

  • Leads brands deep dive (brand measures, competition analysis, media & consumer behaviors) in order to gain continuous market understanding

  • Build category strategy

  • Leads the development of marketing strategy into business plans

  • Responsible for P&L

Innovation processes

  • Defines categories' long term local integrated business plans and leads the 8Q activity plans

  • Leads cross-category processes of innovation & renovation including IPM

Budget management:

  • Builds and manages overall categories' A&P budget in order to achieve KPI's and effective utilization

  • Build/plan an annual cross-category budget according to the strategic priorities

  • Leads and monitors the media activation mix including digital strategy

People Management

  • Develops team’s professional and managerial skills

  • Leads the team for excellence & performance culture

  • Enables the team in the process of achieving targets

  • Assists the team to realize and maximize its potential

Knowledge / Skills

  • MBA

  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing

  • Experience in FMCG

  • At least 3 years of managerial experience

  • Fluent English

  • Digital aptitude
