The successful applicant will be a hunter with the aptitude to grow our customer base and create scalable volume business. As a Prime Sales Representative, you will assemble people from various departments to work toward a common goal in an efficient manner.

This includes influencing customers and selling them the relevant product(s) for their needs. Your ability to influence the decision makers will be paramount to the customer selecting our product suite over the competition.

You will take responsibility for driving increased revenues of our Modern SaaS Applications across a defined territory of accounts, enabling our customers to deliver the experience their customers expect.

Requirements for this position:

  • Ability to show successful achievement of individual software sales targets.

  • 5 years IT industry experience with comprehensive software product exposure as well as a stabile Network in Israel in HR (HR decision makers)

  • 3 years in Technology sales, sales consulting and marketing

  • Ability to articulate and credibly discuss industry issues, trends and business solutions with customers / prospects

  • Business development, prospecting and presentation skills.

  • Compatible interpersonal skills and multi-cultural sensitivity

  • Ability to work independently and with a team

  • Ability to develop relationships with Partners, Account Managers and with internal support staff.

  • Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills, both written and verbal as well as training skills

  • Strong ability to influence people and align remote teams to achieve agreed goals and objectives

  • Proactive, creative and innovative thinker.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years field sales experience with focus on large strategic accounts including applications sales experience. Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills. Successful sales track record. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle

  • s competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player. Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
