Role and Responsibilities
You will support our Business Development & Sales team in executing sales development Campaigns
Furthermore you will be responsible outbound telemarketing projects
Leverage digital content and social as well as Analysis and Business Intelligence are key in this role
Actively support the preparation of promotions, exhibition events, road shows Etc to attract new clients.
Outbound contact with customers to follow up quotations, enquiries and trade show leads
Updating databases with customer details and email addresses etc.
Assist with trade show preparation including sending out trade show invitations
Knowledge and Skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point Required
Attention to detail and superior organization is a must
Proactive and able to work independently
Good verbal and written communications skills
Ability to meet project deadlines and exceed key performance indicators
Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
Excellent time management skills
A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work
Ability to work well within a team environment
Good written and verbal English
Bachelors degree in any discipline
Minimum 2 years experience in related field
Experience with outbound sales or marketing or business support

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Engages in business development strategies and programs in support of Oracle
- s Sales Organization.
Assists in the development of strategic market/product line business plans and marketing programs to support sales in designated market segments. Assists in analyzing market data to identify trends/opportunities and develops strategic direction from market information. Assists in identification of volume and strategic customers. Primary interaction is with Oracle sales force; however, may interact with external customers as it relates to the development and facilitation of ongoing business and/or business relationship. Supports the business by interfacing with the sales organization and other internal groups (such as Product Development, Operations, GBUs, Marketing, etc.)
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. 0-2 years of Marketing/Business Development experience in the technology industry, preferably software industry. Experience should include relationship management. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. BA/BS degree or equivalent.
