  • Lead part of Customer Focus Engineering team, a cross Technology group (developing in Java, Web, C and Perl). Including task assignment, priority and schedule setting and code reviews.

  • Develop code in Java/Web/C.

  • Work closely with ForeScout customers, Support Engineers and product managers.

  • Continuously develop code to improve the product quality

  • Handle the resolution of technical issues by doing the following:

  • Analyze the available data to identify and narrow down root causes

  • Improve user experience – develop new feature and background process

  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any technical challenges.

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Professional Skills

  • Proven development experience in Java/C/C# – 4 years minimum.

  • Leadership experience – advantage.

  • Linux/Unix development experience.

  • Linux system/environment experience – advantage.

  • Networking:

  • Good understanding of TCP/IP.

  • Knowledge in protocols (DNS, SMTP, SNMP, DHCP, 802.1 x).

  • Low-level network monitoring and sniffing (Experience with sniffers).

    Personal Skills

  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies

  • Works well with others.

  • Ability/Experience in customer interactions.

  • Highly independent, yet skilled at working within a Team oriented, collaborated environment.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
