Philips Clinical Support Engineer in Haifa, Israel

The AMI/CT Clinical Support Engineer provides BU (Level 3) clinical support and guidance to Customers, AMI/CT Clinical Field Specialists, Engineering and Quality & Regulatory. This includes advanced clinical training, managing customer clinical escalations, as well as defect and image review analysis of customer cases.

Duties & Responsibilities (Key Area of Responsibilities):

  • Provision of advanced BU Level 3 clinical support forAMI/ CT customers and PH Application Specialists through the Help Desk processes.

  • Provision of clinical support to AMI/ CT Engineering Product Development Teams.

  • Provision of clinical support to Quality & Regulatory Department as needed

  • Identifies and escalates Customer dissatisfaction issues that require Management/Engineering attention.

  • Ensures efficient and adequate AMI/ CT product knowledge transfer to regional service support organizations. (Advanced Training meetings, Help Desks, OTJ training, etc.)

  • Identify AMI/CT Clinical knowledge and training gaps and recommends improvements.

  • Support New Product introductions support and system performance follow-up during Release for Limited Delivery (RfLD) phase.

Education/Skills and Experience Requirements:

Minimum

  • B.Sc. in Physics/Bio Medical or other relevant degree

  • Clinical experience/knowledge in AMI/CT or other radiology equipment.

  • English High level

  • Ability to travel abroad (at least once a quarter)

Preferred

  • Five to eight years clinical experience in AMI/CT

  • Knowledge and experience in the development and delivery of technical training programs

  • Analytic mind to resolve complex clinical issues in creative and effective ways.

  • Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills

  • Ability to lead without authority

  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to work across cultural and geographic boundaries.

  • Independent, self-supportive, structured working style that is results driven.

  • Graduate of a Certified AMI/CT/Radiology Training Program or Associate Degree

  • Foreign Languages
