Philips CS LCM Project Manager in Haifa, Israel

This role is responsible for managing CS (Customer Support) LCM (Life Cycle management), DEFOA (Defect on Arrival) cases and TFSI (Top field service issues) projects to increase customer satisfaction, system reliability and reduce service cost.

The Project Manager will plan, organizes and manages the projects and actions required to reduce/eliminate the DEFOA cases and TFSI projects.

You are responsible for

  • Define CT/AMI TFSI project list based on top contributors to system call rate, customer escalation and overall spend (CM%).

  • Ensure CT/AMI DEFOA rate is on target - Defined by CS DI management Team.

  • Work with all relevant functions to prioritize the project list, defines milestone dependencies, exposes risks to projects, and develops mitigation to overcome impact with relevant functions.

  • The project manager will monitor the results in the field.

  • Provide weekly/Monthly detailed reports to direct/functional management.

  • Participate in the CT/AMI MPM (Modality Program Manager) meetings to ensure full sync with new field issues.

  • Manage the relation and expectation with all internal and external stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Academic Degree in Engineering or science

  • Project management experience preferably in a regulated and process oriented environment such as medical device development

  • At least 4 years of system Engineering or other experience with strong emphasis on root cause analysis and solving IB issues

  • knowledge in project management tools (including computer based tools) and procedures for setting and tracking performance, quality, time and cost

  • Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and in a multitasking manner

  • English fluency (reading, writing and verbal)

  • Self-learning abilities, guiding others
