Philips Global Clinical Support Engineer in Haifa, Israel
The Philips IntelliSpace Portal Global Clinical Support Engineer is a unique position offering tremendous opportunities to serve our external customers and our internal partners.
This position requires a broad range of clinical skills and the ability to communicate clearly with our customers. The person in this role should be well versed in clinical functionality across multiple modalities [example; CT, AMI (NM), MR, US]. Liaise between the clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and support our Multi-Modality clinical strategy within Philips Healthcare.
Own global responsibility for worldwide Installed Base customers and take ownership for customer satisfaction, communicates clinical application support to external customers and internal partners.
Escalates and tracks resolution of clinical application’s related issues through interaction with other disciplines.
Ensures efficient and adequate product knowledge transfer to regional clinical application support organization (Meetings, Helpdesk, training, etc.).
Diagnoses and resolves clinical application related issues (remotely & on-site).
Identifies and escalates customer dissatisfaction issues that requiring Management attention on difficulties in the optimal usage of the ISP system.
Analyses ICAP service documentation and training gaps and recommends improvements.
Provides input to the Service Innovation & Engineering Serviceability team with respect to future service improvements and requirements.
Stay "on track" with the new developments in the clinical application and operating field of ISP.
Strong organization and communication skills, the ability to professionally deal with a diverse set of problematic circumstances that surround difficult or demanding customer situations in a friendly and constructive manner.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Relevant Academic degree
At least 3 years of clinical experience in a 3-D post-processing environment
Good understanding of 3-D imaging applicative techniques.
Fluent English including high presentation skills.
Willingness to travel up to 20%
