Philips Global Clinical Support Engineer in Haifa, Israel

The Philips IntelliSpace Portal Global Clinical Support Engineer is a unique position offering tremendous opportunities to serve our external customers and our internal partners.

This position requires a broad range of clinical skills and the ability to communicate clearly with our customers. The person in this role should be well versed in clinical functionality across multiple modalities [example; CT, AMI (NM), MR, US]. Liaise between the clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and support our Multi-Modality clinical strategy within Philips Healthcare.

Your responsibilities

  • Own global responsibility for worldwide Installed Base customers and take ownership for customer satisfaction, communicates clinical application support to external customers and internal partners.

  • Escalates and tracks resolution of clinical application’s related issues through interaction with other disciplines.

  • Ensures efficient and adequate product knowledge transfer to regional clinical application support organization (Meetings, Helpdesk, training, etc.).

  • Diagnoses and resolves clinical application related issues (remotely & on-site).

  • Identifies and escalates customer dissatisfaction issues that requiring Management attention on difficulties in the optimal usage of the ISP system.

  • Analyses ICAP service documentation and training gaps and recommends improvements.

  • Provides input to the Service Innovation & Engineering Serviceability team with respect to future service improvements and requirements.

  • Stay "on track" with the new developments in the clinical application and operating field of ISP.

  • Strong organization and communication skills, the ability to professionally deal with a diverse set of problematic circumstances that surround difficult or demanding customer situations in a friendly and constructive manner.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Relevant Academic degree

  • At least 3 years of clinical experience in a 3-D post-processing environment

  • Good understanding of 3-D imaging applicative techniques.

  • Fluent English including high presentation skills.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
