Philips Product Leader in Haifa, Israel

The Product Leader will lead all accessories that support CT/AMI modalities installation.

As part of this role the lead will be responsible for sustaining existing products and developing, leading different aspects of the operations activities related to incoming material, first article inspection and sample test, packing, delivery and changes in parts as necessary. In addition this function will synchronize all operations functions (e.g. Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, Regulatory and Manufacturing interfaces).

Your responsibilities

  • Support and lead Overall Product lifecycle, manufacturing changes, suppliers issues and quality results.

  • Rresponsible for the product Device Master Record, implementation in operations,

  • Responsible for the Work instructions, process flow and potential failure modes

  • Lead and introduce new work methods and support IT infrastructures as SAP.

  • Support and initiate operations Footprint changes related to projects and organizational needs (manufacturing transfer between sites).

  • Track, review and monitor CT OPS Haifa project lists and track product performance.

  • Establish work mechanism for merge and ship process with FC (SC).

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • B.Sc. Degree in Engineering. Preferably: Mechanical.

  • Experience in leading design transfer projects in OPS preferably in the Medical Device arena.

  • Knowledge of project management methods, costs estimation techniques etc.

  • English – fluent.

  • Leadership and organizational soft skills.
