Philips Talent Acquisition Consultant in Haifa, Israel

In this role, you have the opportunity to

The position is temporary for 8 months.

You are responsible for

  • Managing the overall recruiting process, acting as a strategic advisor for the business

  • Defining recruitment plan, based on internal customer’s need and local market constraints

  • Enforcing our strategy using the agreed sourcing channels

  • Attracting world-class professionals

  • Managing the salary negotiations in line with local rules

  • Building and maintaining good relationship, business knowledge and satisfaction of your customers

  • Pro-actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition organization and its services

You are a part of

our Global Talent Acquisition team (+ 270 p.), in-house practice supporting Philips’ workforce demand from campus to top executives and from employer branding to operations and recruitment. Locally, the TA Israel team service particularly our growing organizations in medical device manufacturing and health solutions programming, in a fast-paced environment.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Master’s Degree

  • 3 years of experience as in-house recruiter as a minimum

  • Very good command of English, both oral and written

  • Ability to influence customers and drive your strategy with the required level of confidentiality

  • Autonomous and team-player
