About the Role:
The customer experience teammate will be part of the Merchant Support Organization which supports large merchants with their day to day operational issues, helping to drive sales growth, providing a timely resolution as well as maintaining a strong partnership with the Account Management group.
The teammate will be the primary point of contact for Israel customers and proactively communicate and respond to customers in Hebrew /English inquiries via email/phone in an efficient and effective manner.
Job Description and Responsibilities :
Support top eBay sellers and be responsible for solving their day-to-day issues and requests ( mainly through Email)
Interact with eBay teams across the various locations/processes to address seller issues
Support in building process & policy improvements to help sellers
Educate applicable policy changes and help sellers avoid policy violations due to lack of understanding
Closely monitor the top sellers’ performance on item quality, policy compliance, trading behaviors, shipping efficiency, and sales trend.
Drive sustainable business growth for high quality sellers and help to maintain a healthy top seller community.
Build and maintain rapport with the top sellers, provide education on selling skills, best trading practices, business strategy, etc.
1+ year experience in customer service environment
Excellent oral and written Hebrew and English
Team work, good communication skills and self-motivated
Experience in an Internet company preferred
