The Services Account Executive (SE) is a key advisor to Microsoft’s Strategic, Enterprise & Global customers: possessing a solid understanding of your customer’s business and industry, and the challenges customers face as cloud and emerging technologies enable transformational opportunities for their organizations, your ability to develop and close opportunities that deliver digital transformation solutions to enable the customer’s desired outcomes is key. Responsibilities

The focus of the SE role is to Drive Digital Transformation & Industry solutions. Key accountabilities include:

Enterprise Services Account Leadership - Plan and Present Clear Vision of Customer Success

· Ensure holistic customer planning that will increase Microsoft’s share of wallet in assigned accounts through Enterprise Services project & advisory work

· Orchestrate & drive planning for the Enterprise Services account-aligned team, including Services Solution Specialists (SSSPs), Account Delivery Executives

(ADEs), Technical Account Managers (TAMs) & Digital Advisors (DAs), balancing both sales & delivery priorities

· Work with the Account Executive (AE) to ensure the Enterprise Services plan aligns with the overall account strategy & is integral to the overall Account

Plan, leveraging knowledge from the entire Enterprise Operating Unit (EOU) & focusing on customer needs & outcomes

Execution – Enable Customers to Realize Desired Outcomes through Digital Transformation

· Qualify, sell & close opportunities that will accelerate the customer’s digital transformation, intentionally driving Enterprise Services solutions, leveraging

the Services Portfolio

· Lead the virtual Enterprise Services relationship with the customer, & oorchestrate sales & delivery success through the AE, Services account-aligned

resources & domain Pursuit Leads

· Meet or exceed your revenue and priority targets, ensuring you execute in accordance with prescribed Microsoft methods, processes and tools

Qualifications

Key Experience, Skills, Knowledge & Education Required:

· Proven sales success and expertise in selling solutions

· Industry knowledge, ideally with experience in multiple sectors and industries

· Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

· Executes recognized sales methods, processes and tools

· Sales and business background, with 7+ years of technology-related experience

· Bachelor’s degree with exposure to Information Technology (or equivalent)

Profile – Ability to:

· Drive Digital Transformation – Engage Business & Technical Decision Makers (BDMs & TDMs), Demonstrate thought leadership & insight, Drive Customer

Understanding of Enterprise Services Value

· Sales Challenger – Create case for Customer Change, Translate Enterprise Services Go To Market approach & solutions into Customer Business Impact,

Articulate Industry Subject Matter Expertise & Position end to end lifecycle customer solutions

· Deal Orchestrator – Orchestrate deal success, owning the opportunity from “lead” to “order”, collaborating with the Enterprise Operating Unit to ensure

a “One Microsoft” Customer experience

· Sales Achiever – Lead the virtual Enterprise Services relationship with the customer, Lead Account Planning for Enterprise Services Sales & Delivery account-

aligned team, Reliably meet or exceed revenue & deal accountabilities
